Mossberg MVP Rifles
Any one come across one?
GT Shooting have the laminate 223 version @ £590
http://www.gunstar.co.uk/mossberg-mvp-2 ... les/719104
This uses standard AR mags.
There is a 308 version that uses M14 mags.
Could be an alternative for CSR?

Re: Mossberg MVP Rifles
It certainly gets good press on the other side of the Pond - MDT have/will shortly have a chassis for it.
Re: Mossberg MVP Rifles
They are very well thought of as said. At least the seller isn't kicking the arse out of it as is being done with Remington and Savage....
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

For me accuracy out to 600 with 69/73gn bullets is key.
Cheers,

Practically impossible to find a genuine, unbiased review now. Especially in the U.S. media. Once shot a Yilditz 410 shotgun shortly after reading Mike Yarwoods glowing review. Completely different guns. It was awful.DW58 wrote:It certainly gets good press on the other side of the Pond - MDT have/will shortly have a chassis for it.

Re: Mossberg MVP Rifles
Considering one in .308. I like the idea of the Predator in but it looks like York Guns don't bring in this model so may have to concede to the Varmint.
Would be interested in hearing some UK opinions on this model as the US seems to have mixed reviews. OK for the .223 but there appears to be some issues with the .308 model.

Re: Mossberg MVP Rifles
Are York Guns the only importer? I'd quite fancy the MVP FLEX in .308 with the 18.5" Medium Bull Barrel
