It's coming up to Christmas, they need some extra funds for the parties :-)

Well... it's official... I'm now an "informant" and apparently the Police's Armed response unit will be phoning me to arrange a time to come and pick up the knackered shotty.

Bloke on the phone said if I ask nicely I'll get to see their guns. fingerscrossed :shakeshout:

Probably won't let me have a go though...

I'll let everyone know how it goes.... and if they use the opportunity to check my security.

............or if they ask you how you came by said firearm even??  I hope they let you have a go of their guns though, or even one of those flashy bang things...

Do not let them show you the CS spray though

I've checked with Durham Firearms Licensing and they confirm that Durham's amnesty runs til the 16th - take your hooky gear to the local Police station and put it in the bin provided.
Very nice of them.

I doubt anyone in Durham plod would be up for manning the sales desk, considering the royal rogering the FEO's 'caught' doing that got

I believe the two gentlemen concerned got off scot free - but I stand to be corrected.

No, no they didn't. I'm not going to post details of someone elses person life on an open forum but suffice to say the one i know has had his life ruined.
