Faultons of Bisley how good are they with gun repairs and modifications ? Looking to get my benelli m2 drilled and tapped for a rail and don't want it ruined

Fultons....and how good, compared to which other RFD??
They're among the best on site at possibly one of the most expensive ranges to shoot on in the UK.

I'd suggest ANY RFD that was not able to drill & tap a hole should seek a new line of work.
Drilling & tapping holes was week one of my apprenticeship - as an electrical fitter - so it ain't technical by a wide margin.

I hate to say this, but I was never knocked out by their service! I can't comment on their quality of work, but dealing with them left a nasty taste in my mouth.

A lot of people who have never really used them say bad things about them.

I've used them a lot in the last 10 years and haven't had a problem. They can be slow to get work done and they're not cheap; but I have no complaints about the quality of their work. I've had lots of free advice and a few small jobs done for free.

I gave them my No.4 to barrel when I put the rifle together. They managed to crush the front trigger guard screw boss, complete with the screw collar, in a vice (I can't think of any other way the damage could have been caused) and then had the cheek to deny it was anything to do with them. 7 days earlier both components were perfectly fine.

On the flip side of that job, they did swap the barrel out for peanuts after a chamber problem became apparent.

Others I know have had good experiences with them and are happy to sing their praises.

got off the phone to mesa tactical benelli rail is $45 and postage is $40 :cool2: thats £50! for a poxy bit metal that cost £5 to make!

Doubt it's be $40 though - and Brownells was the first site I had a look on.
