I would get the gel inserts with them especially if you wear glasses. Which you should when shooting

They are so good I forget they are there and it isn't 'till I get home and my wife tells me I still have them on, that I take them off.

They come with a good guarantee too, as I found when the pair I bought on fleabay developed a fault which was promptly rectified with a new circuit board.
