WTF or Durham Strike Again!

After getting my FAC back with a sec.1 shotgun missing Durham sent me a replacement which I got on Wednesday

Just got todays post and guess what?, yep, they've sent me another one!

Doesn't inspire confidence in them does it.

The inaccuracies on Durham FACs are something to behold. :cool2: The only reason I didn't give mine straight back when I collected and saw all the mistakes is that I had a new rifle coming that week and I knew I'd not get it back in time. Once I've got my MARS my FAC will be going back to be put right.

It's a real shame as Durham used to be spot on

I reckon their self esteem and self confidence must be at rock bottom.
It's a great shame as one time they were one of the best and most efficient.
I'd like to know their staff turn over rate - I would imagine they'd need a hide of a rhino to survive in that department.

Going by posts on FBUK alone, it seems Durham FLD has become a byword for incompetence and cockups.
