The SMOOTH-BORE GUN/SOLID SLUG shall be used for practical target shooting:

which the holder has lawful authority to shoot.

so basically that is saying that it is only for use for practical shooting, and if you satisfy that requirement, then you automatically get an additional condition of also being able to use it for clays?
i know that the condition that they read out to me was worded differently as it made no mention of instructors, but did mention bwss and two other organisations.
