Boiling water is better. You can have a cup of tea too whilst you wait for the bore foam to finish its job.

If any of you oomans do decide to imprt one of those crates of canned bangs we 'll take some off your paws at £8 / 1000 ...

I wouldn't like to leave it to chance - if you've seen a good rifle ruined by failure to clean after using corrosive ammo, you'd boil it out all the same.

And we wouldn't recommend making your tea with the water that's just been used to wash out the bore...

Tula ammo is sold under the Wolf brand in the US and usually has grey polymer coated steel cases (virtually identical to Barnaul cases), unlike the copper-washed milsurp cases.Unless the Tula is old stock it will also lack the red varnish seals around the case neck and primer.
