And this is the quote that assures the licensing of airguns in Scotland ....

"SSPCA Ch Supt Mike Flynn said: "It is hugely concerning that there has been yet another airgun attack in Scotland.

"Baillie is very lucky to have escaped from this incident relatively unscathed and we are extremely keen to identify the person responsible for carrying out this malicious act.

"Anyone who thinks it's acceptable to use an airgun in this way should not be in possession of such a dangerous weapon."

He also welcomed government plans to introduce an airgun licensing scheme, which he said could "help prevent horrific attacks on defenceless animals".
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

We should all write and ask him. He's just another useless cop spouting off because he's in Salmonds asscrack! I wonder if he has cured all the domestic, footie and sectarian violence, alcohol abuse etc etc that blights Scotland..no of course not!

Now - how does he propose to deal with THOSE, after all he already has a shed load of laws at his disposal, just as he has with airguns - useless tw't!

These stories are all too convenient!
Political Correctness is the language of lies, written by the corrupt , spoken by the inept!

He's not a police officer, Charlie. Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. He's a "charity worker".
