I have the minutes from the Lead Shot compliance steering group for defra. obtained by the FOI Act.

I believe this show that the BASC have been working with the WWT to get a total ban on lead shot.

Tl;DR. What's the key parts of it say that "proves" BASC are lobbying for a lead shot ban?

I have more information, I have the payment document but they [defra] have balck out where what the payment where for and to who.

By going through the minutes you can work out the milestone that have been black out. 2 and 4 where to payment for the BASC members survey and shoot survey totaling £31,557. So BASC could have been paid up to this amount. The money would have been paid to the WWT and BASC would have invoiced the WWT for their work.

To understand the scam you have to read all the documents on the web site www.ianthegun.webs.com

the WWT have come out and called for a total lead ban on the BBC news.

The BASC logo was removed for the Lead Ammunition group web site and then it was put back onto the web site. When asked why, a BASC spokesman said that they no longer played an active role on the LAG and shooting interests where going looked after by the CA.
