I have to admit, I've used Redding's body dies on loaded rounds. And it worked nicely - I shot the rounds thereafter and they worked fine.

Suggest that to be really safe...I will take the complete rounds off your hands. No charge...

Yes a die collet bullet puller is 10 times easier than the kinetic bullet puller IMO. I've reused the powder and bullets from my pulled rounds without any issues.

It may be as easy as just seating them deeper however you will need to confirm case fit first of all. Pull one and try the case, then check the OAL and compare the old and new lengths.

I have a collet puller here if you do need to pull all of them.

I made a mistake some time back with a load, so I pulled the lot and re sized sans pin.

I had a forster collet puller that was the work of the devil, it would not pull the skin off of a rice pudding and was consigned to the scrap bin....then I gave it to Ovenpaa to sort and it is now my "Go To" .30 cal solution.

No damage, easy to use and fast...purfec.

I collect bullets so use the kinetic puller for that, but I have found with my match rounds that while yes, a bit of cotton wool or foam will protect the bullet, it may also bounce it back against the case mouth which if VLD chamfered is easilly trashed.

Not so with the collet puller (just get it correctly sorted and polished internally).

why not sell the ammo to the new owner of your old rifle?
