Target dimensions

Hi folks,

We in Cornwall are suffering a severe lack of TR shooting due to Landmarc 'difficulties'. 4 days until December wtfwtf

I was wondering if any forumer could give me the dimensions of the standard NRA 300, 500, 600, targets for use at 100yds please? I will try to get printed locally.

Does anyone know if this proportionally reduced target is a standard target produced by McQueens or through the NRA?

I'm hoping I can arrange a bit more shooting than we have been offered by using a 100yd range.

You may be able to buy the targets from the firm that print them for the NRA (McQueens) ... they're not cheap BUT will probably be a more cost effective way to get the correct targets you require

PLAN B would be to find a similar reduced target on the US NRA site & print it off at home

I'm not sure exactly the target you are looking for, but,you might want to try the "Scatt Professional" software.

Its a free download and you can use it to print scaled targets (you don't need the Scatt hardware to run the software)

I am using it to scale 10m Air targets to 8m for shooting in my garage, but there are a number of "ICFRA TR UK Form" and "Sniper" targets listed that might fit

The dimensions are in the Bisley Bible, available online from the NRA website.

The NRA 100 yard target available in the Range office is prepared on a photocopier onto A4 paper, reduced from a printed 200 yd target.

The cost of a couple of pints its bloody good piece of software.
