I also did this one for someone else and I think it works ok but they arent great for replicating like dpm95 style colours /patterns.
Im not sure what its supposed to be, but they liked it.

You must have an eye for it, the Air Rifle is cool too, i have an old battered S510 stock that would be perfect for filling sanding and painting, must get round to it someday!

Yeah go for it. So what are the prep stages for doing this? Do you use a template? I have a Remington 710 with a grey stock that could only be improved with a spot of paint.

If no pair work is needed just degreased and primed. Yeah I used a template on both but some of it is free hand too.
