Morph if you are only loading for .357 that's the only kit you will ever need I would change the lee scale foe better one though as soon as you can.

Yes I intend to swap it for something a little better soon as it can be quite hypnotic watching the Lee beam scale sway up & down incessantly before it eventually stops
But I did only pay £8 for it & it'll do as a paperweight

I have to say I'm impressed with the loader & it is quite theraputic loading by hand once you get over the inital trepidation of using blunt force around primers & powder :o

I think I'm well & truly being seduced by the dark side as I have already started a shopping list
I can see nothing wrong with your current set up except for the Lee scale other than that the next thing you must buy is a set of dial callipers to measure your loaded rounds and that's about it my friend.

I've reloaded from the off and hardly ever bought ammunition. Can't see why anyone wouldn't. It's "fun" and saves you money. +1 for the hand priming tool.

It's the initial setup cost, not knowing exactly what the process is and the dangers of making a mistake I think. I'm looking forward to getting started!

I like reloading as when I'm on a conference call I can pop in a couple of hundred primers. I'm getting paid for reloading, result!

Recommend buying a Speers reloading manual. It explains everything. It's a pretty easy process once you get the stages down.

I've got the Modern Reloading by Richard Lee manual kindly donated by 20series and the RCBS Speers manual should arrive with the kit next week.

Halodin, believe me when I tell you brother that it never ends. There will always be some piece of reloading kit that you will want to buy, try out or get into and one day you'll stand back and look at it all and think how'd that happen :o Saying that you'll find it is well worth the time and effort and it's also very interesting making your own ammunition.

Welcome to the dark side mate, there's no return
