We have a Danish Krag so a slightly different hinge on the trapdoor however it is fast to load, just bung a handful in and close the door.

Here you go Charlotte, utter crap, inaccuracies, blatant US guns are the best attitude and I feel some slight racism in there too.

Little period correct kit, claims that a MAS36 HAD to be loaded one round at a time.
I particularly enjoyed the ameteurish tests and claims they made in this episode. especially when comparing the Bren and BAR, somehow the fact that the Bren is considered one of the finest light machine guns of it's era passed them by. They're course of fire simulated if a 30-06 and 303 could go through a brick wall, lets face it all these full power rifle cartridges have similar performance give or take a little bit.

Ill thought out concept with not real idea of how the firearms could be compared!

Oh and the racism, the Aussie wasn't liking the Gurkha, though chances are he'd give him a good hiding

I've not actually fired one - If you were comparing them on a 5-shot test (so no 10 shot advantage for the SMLE) it would be very interesting to see which was quickest over 20 shots - The Krag requires; open the trapdoor, pour (or paw) in, close the door...where as the SMLE just requires; pick up clip and push in...

...I'm sure we could do a much better test than the clowns in the video.

It would also be nice to see someone actually use the grasping the bolt and pulling the trigger with your middle finger technique with an Enfield, all these tests are done with standard bolt work, not using the SMLE to it's true potential.

Putting my Steyr M95 (or even my Carcano) through that CoF would be a hoot!

Can the Carcano fire 5 successive rounds without falling apart like a used clown car?
