CSR Slings - £625.39 Donated to the Royal British Legion

I know not all of you have received your slings yet but apart from some outstanding postage payments the accounts are complete and I have just made a donation of £625.39 to the Royal British Legion, with gift aid that can be claimed by the RBL that’s a total of £781.74.

I would particularly like to thank Nick Shepherd who sourced the materials and hand assembled and stitched them all, when he found out that the profits were going to the RBL he very graciously offered his labour free of charge. Thank you Nick.

Thank you all for supporting this and purchasing the slings, I hope that you all learn how to use them and see an improvement in your scores.

Very well done. And many thanks to those who did the work.

The Legion is there for anyone who had a Service Number and 7 days pay, and for their immediate family. When HfH and other more high-profile organisations run out - they do excellent work but many have strict limits on the cases they may support (eg HfH only helps Serving personnel) - the Legion is the one that keeps supporting regardless.
