All this talk of RPA reminded me that I have an as new RPA Tracker rear sight sitting in a box doing nothing. I really should try and find it a new home. Anyone know what it would be worth to a forum member? ;)

What do they go for new? I've always fancied trying a set of irons on my RPA.......
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

£240 + VAT at HPS. Parts could be the problem. I had to have 2 sets repaired last year, one of which I'd borrowed as a backup, and the parts were pricey enough already.

Ouch!

Has anyone noticed the price of PH sights for a No4 recently? They are starting to get silly as well.

Guys,

Yes, I'm going, so is Stuart from Osprey, John Dean of Aimfield etc. Usually Mik from Dolphin goes - a good few of us will be there.

Worth the long trip anyway.. I think I have not missed one since the frst in the mid seventies...This was a smmall friendly met at the time... has quite grown since.

I prefer it to the Shot Show although....

BTW, if one of you attending see a big old man with a white stick, just say 'Hello Robert, Iam....' Many chances it will be R.G.C......
