Re: RPA International
On that note why cant the "Scotsgun ruling" be relaxed to something along the lines of "all posts must be started with IN MY PERSONAL OPINION......" this would give people an avenue to post a details of deal that went bad, the current ruling leaves things very grey in my opinion :roll:christel wrote:I think they will have a difficult time trying to do just that.
What would be the grounds?
A personal opinion?
Hmm....
Jumping over to GOM...crikey...the amount of personal opinions about various issues, loads of law suits there is one was so inclined.
That way as said above what grounds could they sue over ...A personal opinion?
CK :?
Re: RPA International
That will not stop one from being sued, CK...popular myth.
The Scotsgun rule is quite clear and apt, a lot of effort, experience and learned opinion was taken into account in its formation.

Re: RPA International
As much as I am not a fan of the company I am sad to hear that they may have gone bust.
Britain is struggling enough as it is and one less rifle making company will affect the shooting community.

Re: RPA International
Bad news if its true. Bad news for us when any shooting related business goes under - we're already a small market.
There are many who swear by their products and there are some who swear at them (me included). Based on personal experience; not rumours.
I wouldn't wish 'going bust' on any legitimate business. So many families are suffering at present.

Anybody got access to Dun and Bradstreet or have they gone bust too?
Re: RPA International
They are not in the IWA exhibitors list...John25 wrote:It will be interesting to see if they are at IWA next week.
BTW, is there any forum members going to IWA?

Now aware of any going, Vince maybe?
All this talk of RPA reminded me that I have an as new RPA Tracker rear sight sitting in a box doing nothing. I really should try and find it a new home. Anyone know what it would be worth to a forum member?
