Ordering Accessories from USA or Amazon.com

Apart from duty, tax etc, are there any issues with ordering accessories from USA or Amazon.com.
I know there are issues with magazines, scopes and gun parts, but what about something like a sight adjusting tool would they post something like that?

You wont be able to order from Amazon.com if you live in the UK and use a UK card or Paypal account to pay AFAIK.

I've ordered loads of stuff from Amazon.com using both a UK debit card and a UK pre-paid US$ card (Fair FX).

I've also found that Amazon.com won't let me order....

I've also ordered items from Amazon.com and Brownells etc using a UK credit card. No problems at all and very good customer service from Brownells.

It may be different for Amazon and Amazon marketplace. I tried to order a HD Hero from the US website that was 80 quid cheaper thank the UK one. You can't do that says they, get back to rip off Britain, oh dear says me. Marketplace are individual traders so you may have more luck with them.

I think a UK card is OK, it's the non-US address that they don't like!
