Any members shooting at Bisley 2moro?

#1 Post by mag41uk »

I will be on Century at 600 morning only.
We are on 36 and 37.
Usual range of firearms,AI`s various, custom Remmy`s,No4`s,Mausers,BLR`s and an AK!
I will be launching 155gn scenars out of sidney schmidt K11 carbine.
It looks like s***,cost £195 and it easily out shoots my No4.
If I get the wind right I can usually keep in the black.

Our K31 carbine can outshoot most things too, especially when fed GP11...

I was at Century 600 last week, my K31 was holding elevation just fine with my easy going reloads, but the wind was blowing the horizontal to Hell, mostly in the black though and the scope boys were struggling so I don't feel too bad :good:

When I get some space in my safe I'll be looking for one of them there K31s.

In the meantime though, off to Stickledown tomorrow with my Swing. Hope the marker is better than our last outing there.
Careful now/that sort of thing

Great morning at Bizzers. Usual round of mickey taking!
On the firing point very sunny and little wind.
Quite different at target end with wind flags stretched out to the right and blustery.
Ended up with No4 and K11 shooting about 6inches off the left edge of target to get in the black.
Got a few V`s and 5`s with both, also a couple of misses of the right with both!
Always a fun learning curve!
