Barry goerge denied compensation

#1 Post by the running man »

I cant beleive 13 years after it appears they fitted up the local nutter for jill dandos murder that the poor guy cannot claim some compensation. Neither the dando or george family have seen any justice, they dont want to pay out to keep us thinking he did it,which takes the pressure off the met to investigate it.....theres no way on earth that guy had the brains to pull a 9mm short round and reload it with just enough powder to do the job, plus they found no reloading gear in his possession...from the moment he was nicked everyone said the same thing, someone seems to have framed the local nutcase....i find this type of orwellian action to be very unsavoury and hope its not a taste of things to come, yes folk have been framed before, but it seems the more things change, the more they stay the same...tge judicial system does not enjoy my full confidence in fairness anymore...

I heard that Jill Dando's husband wanted to change the front door of their house, but she was dead against it... :squirrel:

I'll get me coat

Seriously though, i'll bet if Mr George could afford decent representation he'd be rolling in it by now. Justice must be bought these days

Already here, when we cannot find a criminal we'll make one.

Blackstuff, "the law is only as good as the lawyer (and amount of money) behind it", so I was told on day 1.

Or, as "compensation awards" are a civil matter, the burden of proof is less than in a criminal case. The balance of probabilities as opposed to beyond reasonable doubt..

And regardless of the sloppy handling of one piece of evidence, perhaps on the balance of probabilities, Mr George certainly does look as if he is responsible for the killing of Jill Dando, hence, how on earth could compensation be paid?

Guess what? Sometimes guilty people get away with it, just as much as wrongly accused get convicted....

But by all means, use George being "denied" as justification for reams of Alcan...
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!

Did anyone follow the case? They found one particle of firearms powder, anyone in my work or home could have one particle on them from me wearing the same jacket to work i shot foxes with the night before....or as suggested it came from the police accidentally.

The gas mask browning pistol sad pose was on one of over 100 undeveloped photos that were yonks old!

He had loads of magzines with jill dando interviews and photos in,yes the guy did, but lets remember the guy was nuts and had over 5,000 magazines stacked in a room,a horder, of course there was going to be bits on her in them, she was a very stylish and pretty woman..

The prosucution said he was in the area at the time of the murder,i should think he was he lived 2 streets away!

Mike yardley gave evidence on the reliading job do e on the cartridge and projectile,im sorry everyone but barry gorge never had the brains for it...

Something stinks, sim g,i know people do get away with it me son, look at oj...

In this case,i truly dont think it was him,a re-trial proved it.

As long as we have a conviction - case closed. we'll worry about innocence or guilt later on!

Was it Lord Denning who wished he could have hanged a particular group of convicted "terrorists" - who were later freed on appeal or whatever because they hadn't done it! Yep, just hang them and that's the end of it, screw the right person / innocent part!

Alcan....aye well, it makes a change from whitewash and magic tricks that HM Constabulary use I suppose. tesnews
