Since when did a shop/retailer/importer have to have ANY knowldege of its products ?christel wrote:Try ordering from Henry Kranks without using the word "heads" ....
The MANUFACTURERS however, ALL call a spade a spade

...and a bullet a bullet
The SIERRA Logo:

Their tag-line (not that easy to see as it is white lettering on this light background) reads "THE BULLETSMITHS"
Anyone think they need to correct this mistake & call themselves "HEAD"SMITHS?
WHERE the confusion arises over heads being called bullets?
Possibly this...as these pointy things were in use on good old clothe yard shafts for several generations before bang-sticks came onto the scene

Re: .452 Heads
I could be pedantic and say this also applies to those who use the term 'toy' and 'bangstick' for their firearms, it is not so different to referring to bullets as 'heads' and at the end of the day we know exactly what the person means even if we do not personally agree with the term.saddler wrote:Since when did a shop/retailer/importer have to have ANY knowldege of its products ?

What is a Sapper? This versatile genius condenses the whole system of military engineering and all that is useful and practical. He is a man of all work of the Army and the public ready to do anything or go anywhere, in short, he is a Sapper.
