Ok I'll give that a try. I used a lightly neck sized case and allowed the lands to seat the bullet to find them.

I don't load for 223 but I've heard 0.02 of the lands is a good place to start, magazine permitting

Mag isn't a problem for me mate as I'm running a chassis and AI mags so can seat to over 2.5" and still fit in the mag.
