.22 BENCH REST

Were should I go to find info on .22 bench rest. I watched a guy shooting the discipline the other night at a club I visited I am intrigued. I need to read up and find out what its about.

Speak to some of the lads at the Yarners we have a few international 22 bench rest medal winners there and they know the discipline inside out.

I would of loved to Rog but my Son has got the builders coming in to morrow I spent the day clearing his house so they can start knocking walls down in the morning.
I didn't think it would be open on a Bank holiday. ****
