Ammo for 15-22
Those of you that shoot 15-22's what ammo do you use? I've got some CCI Minimags, but getting hold of them is a bit tricky. Any other ammo work well in these that is reasonably easy to get hold of?

CCI AR Tactical was specifically designed for the 15-22. But the beauty of gun is you don't need to rely on high velocity, it'll run on anything!!
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

I've mainly used Federal and CCI. But, when these became scarce, I tried some RWS hi-vel. And then when they ran out, I used some Eley Sport. Remington Viper was good.
In short, I prefer the high velocity but probably more because I think it suits a semi better. However, I've had no issues with anything els

The availability usually makes the choice for me, because to be quite honest UK gunshops can't be relied upon to keep your favourite ammo in stock.
