Watched the one about pistols, he's mad as a bag of deranged ferrets.
It's not the pace of life that concerns me, it's the sudden stop at the end!

I wanted reach into my computer and slap him every time he dropped a magazine. :x
I also noticed he didn't mention that the M249 (Minimi) was designed by FN. It also looked like the US has removed the magazine feed option or at the very least he forgot to mention it.

I know - great wasn't it. :lol:Scotsgun wrote:He just hated acknowledging how good the Bren was and where was the GPMG????
Our Squadron (or perhaps it was the RAF Regt) sent a team to the US for the "Peacekeeper Challenge" competition (now Defender Challenge) back in the early '90's with the Mag 58/GPMG and wiped the board with it during the MG shoot. The next year the rules had been changed and it was US issue weapons only and back to the M-60!
Funnily enough the M-60 is now consigned to scrapheap and the US now use the GPMG as the M240!

I started in the Paras with the GPMG before eventually getting to specialise. Loathed carrying it (especially Tab'ing) and loved to rock and roll with it.
