Also chaps, Tetbury rifle and Pistol club, it's small bore only, but it's a very friendly place, if anyone is interested I can give you the details.

All in doors and heated guys!

Just picked up my first .22 (Sig 522 Swat) other residents in my cab are my Blaser R93 Offroad in .308, No4 Mk2 & a Hatsan 12g Semi. Whilst at the show I joined the NRA so will at some point be heading Bisley way. Would be great of there were more ranges around here with better access. I think the closest one the Huntervixen mentioned to me is Severnside maybe we could organise a day there for a group of us. Make a day of it. Thoughts?
Don't know your exact location, but it might be worth considering WNSC as it is open pretty much year round and you can just let yourself in. It's just off of the M5. As a full member, you don't have to pay for range use like you do at Kemble (other than your annual membership fee) and they have mini rifle competitions. They have a 50 metre and two 25 metre ranges along with a shotgun pit. I went there with a friend on Saturday and due to the shooting show and the poor weather, we pretty had the place to ourselves.

Definitely worth getting over to Severnside, I was there Sunday, but it was pretty much waterlogged. Tetbury is about 15 miles north of me, so well worth looking at that, WNSC? Not familiar with that one, but I'll definitely look into it.

Thanks for the tip on WNSC Blackknight. I think it is a little bit of a hike as I am just down the road from Kemble and not that far from Huntervixen. I will take a look as it may well be worth investigating further.
