another grove member and member of the forum "Meaty" told me about the forum, he was also the one to introduce me to civvy street shooting, as all my shooting had been done in the Air Training Corps previous to joining the grove.
I shoot 155 Scenar's wiht N540 behind them in my AI/AE at Barton Road, they work well, with a 30" barrel you should get good MV. Do you have your SCC in place? If so you are welcome to come and join us at BR just say when and I will pack some extra ammunition.
I am not at the next meeting though as I am at Saxon on that day.

im hoping to have my scc soon. I'll give you a message when i receive it, would be great to come along to barton road especially as your shooting an AI/AE awesome rifle! do you have any pics of your AE?

It is getting a bit tired now and I am going to have to re-barrel at some point soon, I think I will stop with 7.62x51 but may add a couple of inches to the barrel.
