No 5 Mk1

#1 Post by Mike357 »

Well the horrible scope is off and original sight is back on. Pity about the holes in the receiver. But at least it appears original as it is etched "No5 Mo1 ROF (F)" It also shows 10/46. Does this mean it was manufactured in Oct 1946?

Is it possible to have the screws plugged and blacked to hide the 'scope fitting?

Quick picture just for you jjvc. I'll post some close ups at the weekend. Pity it doesn't have the original butt and sling!
