Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'

The Scotsgun Ruling:

>Add Gun Shop here<

"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."

Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

South Wales Gunshop: South & West Country Sports

#1 Post by walesdave »

All,

Looking for some cheap plinking .22rf today decided to give South & West a look. http://www.southandwestcountrysports.co.uk

About 25 minutes from Cardiff area, easy to find, no problem parking...and....

...what absolutely wonderful service!!! :wales:

:goodjob: and sign92 to the chaps and ladies who made me feel very welcome right from the off; even got a coffee in my hand before I really started to say what I wanted! I got the feeling that even 'just having a browse' would be a good enough reason for them to get the kettle on :-)

Oh, and as an extra... 500 rounds of Blazer for £19 is better than any price I've seen in a long time :good:

BTW: nope, I don't work there, or know them personally ;)

I had a similar experience when I first went there, really helpful and the prices are very reasonable so I now buy all my shotgun cartridges there!
not a bad deal on the 22's either.
Phil is very knowledgable on the fit of a gun, I tried to buy a Browning, the ones he had didn't fit me so he sold me a cheaper model of shotgun that did fit and it's been great ever since.
well worth a look if you're in the area.
