Maybe not but then again ways and means there could be other possibilities , what about a pin spanner ?

Pin spanner might work. put some Kroil on and tried tapping with a brass punch but no movement.

From the word corn cob I found these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002TU ... ative=9325, not knowing any dimensions or anything it wouldnt be too difficult to make one , or maybe a C spanner would work .
