Hi guys. Could someone please tell me in good old fashion english, what exactly are the rules concerning sound moderators.
I have permission on my FAC to acquire a MOD for my .22 rimfire, and also for my .223. Would the police need to be informed from where I get these, eg. my mate has died and his wife has asked would I like a Mod for my rimfire. As said earlier,I do have permission on my FAC to acquire but need I tell them from where,and makers name and serial numbers etc

Same as a firearm purchase - notify of transfer in 7 days (In writing/e-mail) entered on your FAC - no serial number needed.
