Hi
Have obtained a Taurus LBR however it has developed a problem, whilst cocking on single action at times it locks up, the primers are seated deep enough, the firing pin is free and the cylinder lock up pin works ok, could there be something inside under the side plate that infrequently locks this up? and what should I look for.
Thanks
Taurus LBR

Re: Taurus LBR
Check the ejector rod is not loose..Check under ejector star for unburnt powder..
Does it happen on double action as well as single action?
Does it happen on certain cylinders only? Maybe the hand is is trying to rotate the cylinder before the locking bolt disengages. (Timing).
Revolver components are usually hand fitted, the few S&W parts I changed in the past had to be hand fitted. Filing bits not for the fainthearted. smile2
