Twas a bit of a boring Sunday...So

#1 Post by Blu »

I took a couple of the little guys out of the safe and had a shoot with them out back. I don't really shoot pistol much apart from practicing with my carry gun. Didn't do too bad considering, shot from about 20 yards from target and did some snap and slow deliberate aim.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools!!

Very nice Blu.....Just in from my usual Sunday night doing Service and Police Pistol with a 38 Marlin....Would dearly love to have done it with a Handgun...

Is that a S&W Mod 586? Nice. :good:

Go away you make me green lost two perfectly good S&W Model 52 and a SIG 210-6 when I had to hand mine in only shot pistols twice since in Israel and Prauge

25Pdr, yep that's a 586. Out of all my pistols I reckon that is my favourite and I can shoot better with it one handed rather than two handed. I like the feel of the gun and there is just a feeling of raw power when it shoots, I dunno I can't it explain it very well. I just enjoy shooting it.

In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!
