Can anyone reccomend any excersises to help with shooting accuracy ?
I would imagine things like press ups to improve upper body strength would help but what else ??
(I've got some weights at home ..)
Thanks in advance

It depends on which position you are going to be shooting in. Prone, standing etc.

I would imagine that either way upper body (shoulders, arms, chest) would be of benefit and for standing shots, or if you are doing more practical shooting (i.e. running about and shooting off balance etc) then some core strength would also be of benefit to help keep your upper half stable.

It also depends on your physical ability and age (no offence intended!). There would be no point recommending someone to do turkish getup's to improve core strength if they have a history of back injuries or were a 70 year old who struggled to get up from the sofa

Dry firing maybe? I spent a lot of time dry firing when I first started shooting an Accuracy International to build up some muscle memory for my head and cheek position and trigger pull.

Exercise, no way! :o

The reason I got into shooting was you can do it lying down with minimal movement. :shakeshout:

This sex thing, do you have to involve someone else?
