I've started using AA#7 and it's binding my thrower. The powder is a very thin disk shape, anyone got a solution to this?

How much are you throwing?, I have a couple of spare adjustable charge bars so you could borrow one to try, only problem with them is they are not much good for loads under 10gr or so.

Doing about 14 - 17g at the moment. Does the adjustable charge bar just slot straight in? I get some of the powder apparently smearling on the base of the disk at the moment. I guess the granules are so fine they migrate there from the hopper. Not sure if the charge bar has tighter tolerances?

I was wondering if a totally different powder dispensing method might be needed for these super small powders?

I use TiteGroup (very light flake) and Nobel GM3 (small rocks) and both go through the Auto Disk OK in 5.2 to 7gr throws, that said the Perfect Powder measure is better as it has an elastometer wiper which is smoother and a better seal using either the disks or the variable charge bar. As I said you're more than welcome to borrow a charge bar to try just PM me your address and I'll send you one.

My Auto Disk on the progressive Auto Loader has a 1/2 modified conversion fitted, I've fitted the hopper (with elastomer wiper) from the Pro Update Kit but not the charge bar, it's a direct replacement for the cr@ppy square powder hopper and has proper fastenings not wood screws into plastic. http://www.titanreloading.com/powder-ha ... update-kit

If it is the old Auto disc (with the square hopper) you may want to consider the Pro upgrade.
