I was thinking the same thing. His supporters moaning their mindless way to the polls to vote for their leader.

Makes a change from the usual scenarios for those sort exercises. It also makes for a good cover story if the scenario could be seen as a bit too sensitive for civilians.

I am sure it would be a lot of fun and what better way to cover up any ulterior motive..not that there is one of course.
