Booking accommodation at Bisley?

Does anyone have any pointers on how this is done?
Myself and a friend are going to the Trafalgar and would like to stay the night in Crawford to make a weekend of it but the info on procedure on the NRA website seems a bit scant. I filled in the online enquiry form and sent it on its way but what next? (I cant find a 'confused' smiley!) Do they get back to you and ask for payment details or do you just turn up on the day and pay up at the office?
Hopefully I will bump into a few FB members whilst down there

Contact Amanda Vaughn, she is the lady that does all of the accommodation. I would phone her direct on 01483 797777 ext 135 or e-mail her via the NRA website.
I will be at the Trafalgar, when not shooting I can be found propping up the bar in the Surrey.

Thanks for the tip Dave

but unfortunately I just got a call back from Amanda to say that there 'is no room at the inn'! Bugger! Looks like we are going to have to find other digs or hope that the weather is kind and take the tent

Can recommend The Artists Rifles. More expensive but much better facilities, a great breakfast and a fantastic bar.

You could also try Canada House, also known as the Macdonald Stewart Pavillion

Julia or Gary will look after you very well if you get a spot.

Trafalgar accommodation is usually booked twelve months in advance. Those who get NRA cabin accom. will book for next year, while they are shooting this year. Most have a 'favourite' cabin and woe betide the NRA staff member who forgets and books someone else in their usual spot.
