Mosin Nagant Trigger Spring & Bolt Stop

Bnz is in need of these, Mosin Nagant Trigger Spring & Bolt Stop.

He is having trouble sourcing them in the UK, Liberty Tree have them but will not ship as they are restricted items apparently. I have found a company in the US that has so far allowed me to register a UK address and shipping details and given a price. I have now emailed them to check they really can ship the items before we go through the disappointment of rejection.
Question is, are they restricted items for import into the UK? A trigger and a piece of spring steel, hardly dangerous by themselves. Does anyone have a link to a list of restricted items?

Anyone know of any of these parts in the UK?

Triggers are restricted items so cannot be shipped easily to the UK from the USA. If you know a dealer that deals with the USA and has all the relevant paperwork in place they may be able to accomodate you.
