Tactical lamp

For the first time I have searched the Board Index for "life style" and decided that this is the best place for this.

Here are some designers who like the idea of Military looking domestic lighting. Not something my wife would entertain but I suspect that this light will be around longer...
Certainly a fun bit of lighting for the serious man cave.

I have heard of this way to source funding for a project only this week but it appears to be working, I am certainly going to save the link and see how they do.
I can see this selling for the $560 and if I had the cash would seriously consider getting a bid in for a half price unit. I expect in time to come you will make your money back should you grow tired of it.

Have a look at their site here:

For those repulsed at the idea, at least they are not doing it in a Zombie version - yet

Oh pants, this site is going to have my attention for a little while whilst I play Dragons den.

Here is a bomb proof case for the I Phone which is even waterproof. I just got a new phone and I now want a I Phone so I can get one of these cases!

The videos on this site are very well put together

What a joke and no wonder the 4 designers are out of work. It's just a bloody lamp.

All they've done is integrate the rail system and now claim its 'unique' and 'tactical.' Its hardly original.

Is it any wonder they have had to seek funding from the public for tooling and manufacturing? Its doubtful a company would invest so much in one design. Its an average 2nd yr design project at best.

You posted what I was thinking! It's uninspired at best, a bit of a meccano effort, passed off to appeal to the artistic/tactical market.
