Hi, I use a Sinclair 7mm neck expander with a bit of imperial wax lube on the mandrel on my Lapua 6.5 x 284 cases and it does it in one go with no problems.
As I have a 284 Shehane tight neck I have to turn my necks to 13 thou thick to give a loaded round of .310 as my chamber neck is 0.313.
I use a .307 bushing to give me 2 thou bullet retention and all is good with my load.

Ditto the kit, I anneal the cases first if I have previously used them in my 6.5 as they are prone to split.
