Now I seldom mention other forums however I will today.....
I have just joined a Blaser forum and was mighty impressed with the reception I got, they seem like a friendly bunch and have been very good to me so well worth a mention and a look if you are or would like to be a Blaser owner. Blaserbuds.com

Blasers seem to be flavour of the year at the local BDS group. Some seem quite attached in a "wouldn't shoot anything else" kinda way.

love the concept of the rifle but that new mag/trigger group idea! what genius thought that up? the same rifle with a separate 10 round mag thats not connected to the chuffin trigger , now that would be cool !

It says "R93 LRS" on the side, plus Sigarms, who is/was, I gather, the american importer, and "Made in Germany".
It came with two 10-round mags labelled 308/243. Heavier and "fatter" with more aluminium than the current LRS2, and with a cracking 2 stage match trigger.........but Oh, those plastic panels fixed with self-tappers, like a cheap Chinese electric sander............
