Jahti Jakt scope problem and resolution (I hope)

I bought a top of the range scope (variable to 16 power) made by Jahti Jakt last year at the Imperial.
I just fitted it to my new 7mm Mag Sako and tried it down the range yesterday. The image was out of focus (target at 200 yds) with the focus for the reticule correct ie clear and no parallax error.
I wrote to Arctic Outdoors first thing this morning and got a very quick response, telling me to return it to them for repair/replacement.
Hopefully their warranty is as good as their clothing.
I'll update the thread as and when I get a reply.

Rog,

Without wanting to state the obvious - does it have a focusable eye piece? have you tried that?

Mike

Nope - and yes I did look.
Incidentally there is a ring on the end which doesn't do up as the thread is NG.
There is also an internal locking ring securing the front lens which I surmise can be turned with the right tool (not supplied) to adjust the lens.

is it possible that it has been parallaxed to 35m for air rifles ?
