Remington 1903 A3

Newly aquired rifle from Convict-Keeper, been looking for one for a while, took to Bisley on Saturday, 200yds 50 rounds all on target with several v bulls...Well happy, thanks CK, I will look after it..

Just need a bayonet ;)

I know nothing about these, are they chambered in 30-06? I do have a bayonet for one but it was a present so has to stop with me

Yes 30-06 the action is very smooth, shoots well too...

Are you sure about the bayonet ;)

My father in law has one sitting in his gun safe still in the original cosmoline and wax type paper they used to wrap them in, it's never been fired. He knows I want it but he's torturing me by making me wait until he croaks before I can have it.

BNZs 1903 is even nicer in person! And it does shoot very well! Although the kick may be likened to that of a mule!

Nice rifle...pity ya sling is only on half correctly!



(you have the inner section on upside down - the frogs should both face the muzzle)

one of the most common things about the M1907 sling is that most folk fit them wrong. Bloodygood design though, in use for over a century & still doing the job well..!!
