If you want accuracy, go for the Buckmark. If you want a proper pistol (kinda) that is more fun to shoot and infinetly more.customizable then buy a TSC.

How much are they asking for the Buckmark?, reason I ask is I have one that's not getting used, lightweight barrel and muzzle brake as here,

The 1911 is a nice gun, I put a few rounds through one the other weekend but they are damn expensive and not very accurate (they are trying to improve the accuracy at the moment), compared with what you can get for less £££ (rifle wise). There are plenty of things in the pipeline for the 1911 but again lots of £££, maybe if I had all the rifles under the sun and wanted something different then I would possibly go for one but at the moment I have too much other stuff to spend my money on.

I had the buckmark,I had a new barrel put on it,and it was hyper accurate,I mean u could bench rest with it,but still I just dident like it,so sold it..........I got the tsc rather than the lmr one purely on cost, the lmr 1911 is infinitely superiour to the tsc, very accurate and all 1911 parts fit it.........but I've not done bad tarting mine up,there's a pic in feb targetshooteronline,I'm reasonably happy with mine now,I did ok at our clubs practical with it and whilst concentrating very hard u can get all in the 10 at 25m on a big 1500 target,50m forget it!

One thing that surprised me with the Low Mill Ranges pistol is that it doesn't have a last round hold open, according to the review of their "Bianchi model" in this month's Shooting Sports....... but it does have a 15 round mag!
Either way, both their pricing seems to be bordering on profiteering.......

There was someone trying out a TSC this morning on the range, he was standing no more than 5m away and he only got 3 shots out of 10 on the outside edge (none in the target zone) of the A3 sheet of card he was shooting at, it made me feel better as when i tried one i at least got 19 out of 30 shots on the sheet with about half actually within the target itself at 25m and it was the first time i had fired a handgun of any sorts in 25 years and previous to that only once with a .22 revolver at a police training range.
I fancy trying one of the Taurus .44 LBR to compare the shooting experience.
