Barton Road - 18th Feb

#1 Post by 20series »

Any of the Grove members attending tomorrow???? :0037:

I'm taking the 308, bringing my oppo Glen who is a member but hasn't been yet, he's only shot out to 900 at Bisley so is looking forward to having a bash at 1000 and maybe 1200

Well in an ideal world you would act as an RCO assistant for a few shoots prior but that is not always possible. We can catch up in the morning and have a chat about it. Do you know where it is and who the instructor is yet? If it is a regional it may be over one day, if it is at the NSC it will be over two.

One day is doable but makes for a long and very intense day.

Not sure who's doing the training but its two days at Bisley, I have run the range at Oundle several times and I'm NSRA RCO so I have a reasonable understanding :good:

Which reminds me for no good reason, I need some fired cases from you for the OAL gauge please, they need to be tapped to suit.

My OAL gauges use M8x.75 just to be awkward.... I have always done them like that, probably because it was the only suitable tap and die I had for the first one I made
