HSE has upped the powder storage limits

Just read in one of the shooting mags, the HSE has tripled the amount of reloading powder we can keep at home: up from 5kg to 15kg
Covers black powder & smokless propellants
Nice bit of common sense good news, for a change!!
Just thought I would post the info here as not yet read about it online anywhere plus not everyone buys the magazines so may not have read about the change.
