I have the choice of Norma, Winchester or Remington brass for my 303. What would be the best choice, or are they all about the same?

I have not come across Norma .303 brass before however I use it in my 7mm and .308 and it is very good. After that I would choose in order Winchester followed by the Remington brass but this is purely a personal thing.

Aye, Peter Lawman should have it in stock and it is cheap enough to all but throw away.
EDIT - GBP17.95/100 so cheap but worth keeping

Out of curiousity, what grade of brass is used for cartridges? 60:40 ? Or 70:30 ? Or some other ?

Concur on the Norma over the Rem or Win, also I would concur on the HXP and would use that before the Win or Rem and after the Norma. HXP is good quality brass just takes a bit more prepping to get the best out of it.

Cartridge brass is 30% zinc 70% copper.
But I'm sure it varies 'tween manufacturer as will the quality of the copper and zinc used.

Definitely Norma over Win and Remy. Now I am prepared to be corrected on this, but I believe all "American manufactured" brass is actually made by Starline for the respective companies, except for Hornady who do make their own.
During the handgun ban and "compensation" debacle, brass was compensated at two levels, with the Starline being the greater. After several communications between whomever and the Home Office, all brass was compensated at the same level because ostensibly, it was all Starline regardless of headstamp.

Oh, should also have said, I'm getting great results with Privi Partisan in .223, 7mm-08 and .30-30.

A good example being PPV and Federal, they are a different colour when they come out of the tumbler and easily segregated by eye,
