Took my first batch of rounds out today to see how they would go.

34.4
34.7
35.0
35.3
35.6

See the attached picture for groups.

34.7 Bottom right seems to be the best of them closely followed by 35.6 on the left hand piece of paper.

What should my next actions be?

Yet to speak to my reloading mentor so just seeing what the wider world would suggest.

Need more information.
What distance were you shooting at.
Was the rifle benched off a bipod or free hand.
Were was your point of aim. Was it the same for each target.
Its a long road my freind and you have only taken your first step. fingerscrossed

Point of aim was centre dot on all 5 targets.

Its a long road but hopefully great rewards???

Extra question What is the rifle twist ?
Some twists do not like light weight bullets. 22.250 can be found with 1in9 1in12 & 1in14 may be worth checking.
