I was a bit stumped on where to put this so if a Mod can think of a better place please move it.

Militaria? Do collect anything? I have a few bayonets picked up over time, mostly to suit rifles we own or have owned in the past, I have a badge belt that sits at my parents to this day plus odds and sods. I do have a couple of dozen oilers for Lee Enfields and Mosin Nagants.

Anyone?

If you need shot of them Dave try taking them to the Bunyan centre in Bedford because several times a year they have war show on with stalls.

No I am not after getting rid, I was just curious to see if anyone else collects anything with a military bias. What I do have was not 'collected' as such, more like just picked up along the way, I have my Grandfathers Royal Engineers book and the fuse from a WWI shell of some sort. I will post a picture up when I can find it.

I have a few bits and pieces picked up over the years, everything from bayonets to bore viewers. I don't bother so much now preferring to spend my dosh on the shooting necessities.

I used to collect and trade a bit withINERT ordnance until it got me into a whole world of trouble  :bad: and as much as it still fascinates me I have to steer clear of it

Re-

I used to collect as well.

My main themes were French Airborne colonial wars, 2WW a bit of British and German with strong focus on the Navy/Kriegsmarine, (photos, documents, edgeweapons, uniforms, headgears, medals, badges, equiments, optics, radios etc .. etc ...).

I love antics & flea-markets so I have all sort of other bits and pieces for all periods & nationalities.
