A bit of advice please regarding an air rfle

I have been given an air rifle to sell and quite frankly I know nothing about air rifles or their values.

It is a WEIHRAUCH HW35 .22" break barrel(?) air rifle. It seems to be in excellent condition, it has a scope fitted and also comes with a target rearsight and tube foresight.

I do not know how old it is but think it is probably about 10 years old.....not sure why I think that(!)

Any ideas as to it's worth please?

Have a look on GunTrader & GunBroker

Strange thing with some of the airguns is that folk seem to want to sell them for more than they paid for them!!
The HW35 being one such example

Good luck finding the right price & getting a buyer

...I've been on a retro airgun spree lately - but only for the "older" Webleys (by older I mean 20-30 year old models, not them that were around when Dromia was a nipper...)

I had one very similar, sadly lost many years ago. Has yours been restored Adam?

I should have looked a little closer....it is in fact an HW80...the scope is a Nikko Stirling Gold Crown 1.5-5X20.....quite nice optics too.
I dont see many air rifles for sale here....but loads on Guntrader....I wonder where it would be best to advertise....

Is it a standard HW80 or has it been upped to FAC?

FAC break barrels seem to go quite cheaply.

Would it be worth selling the scope and air rifle separately?

Targetman has it been tuned? Some tuning increases the value if done properly. A ball park figure £200-£300.
Try airgun bbs, I have sold some things on there
